I Am Not Abusing Myself.. Its Just A Way To Let It Out

I hurt myself, deep inside of me... By letting others bring me down as i watch the time goes. I miss hurting myself like how i used to. I miss hurting myself physically, brutally. That was the only way that could satisfy me and help me to get over every feelings i bears. I hate this part right here...
